Dr. Travis on CBS’s show 'The Doctors' reported that American women spent $44 million dollars on false lashes last year.
While some prefer the freedom of strip lashes, a beauty trend we’re seeing more and more of is lash extensions.
Lash extensions don’t need mascara and can be worn while swimming. Choose between silk, mink or synthetic lashes to get your desired thickness and curl. Lashes fall out every 45-60 days so you’ll need a touch up every 2 or 3 weeks.
Whether you go natural or dramatic, always leave lash extensions to trusted professionals. If at any point your eyes are tearing during the process, that’s a red flag. It should be painless and harmless to your eyes. Also make sure the glue does not contain formaldehyde, which could be very dangerous.
