Vitamins, minerals and antioxidants can help prevent memory loss.
Based on research that was conducted in France and published in the Journal of Clinical Nutrition, people who have many years of supplementation with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants have used, have a better memory.

In this study, 4446 subjects 45 to 60 years old for 8 years studied were divided into two groups. The first group included those who had a daily supplement containing vitamin C, beta carotene (precursor of vitamin A), vitamin E and zinc and placebo groups were received.

Results showed that many people supplement containing vitamins, minerals and antioxidants have taken better memory than others.
